For the first time in the entire Middle-East region an exclusive service to use Smart Civil ID cards for the Fuel Purchase in ALFA stations all across the State of Kuwait.
Seems it is only available for citizens of Kuwait ;(. The way it works is you add funds to your smart Civil ID card using Knet and every time you pay with your Civil ID you get the amount deducted from your balance.
