Director General of Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research Dr. Naji Al-Mutairi said Kuwait's national network for monitoring earthquakes recorded in Kuwait on Thursday, an earthquake measuring 4.2 on scale Richter north of the State of Kuwait at 47.82 longitude and latitude 29.62.
